01Supply Categories

The range, in six areas

Breadth matters to a procurement team more than any single item does. These are the areas we cover, and they are covered continuously rather than opportunistically.

01

Consumables

Syringes, needles, dressings, gloves, gowns, drapes and sharps disposal — the items consumed every shift.

02

Diagnostics

Monitoring units, diagnostic instruments and the accessories, cuffs, probes and leads that keep them usable.

03

Infusion & Respiratory

Infusion sets and pumps, oxygen delivery, suction and airway management equipment and their consumable parts.

04

Beds & Support Surfaces

Hospital beds, bariatric and specialist frames, pressure-relieving mattresses and positioning aids.

05

Mobility & Transfer

Wheelchairs, walking aids, hoists, slings and transfer boards for safe patient handling.

06

Facility & Laboratory

Treatment furniture, storage and trolleys, sterilisation support, waste handling and laboratory essentials.

02Who We Supply

Built around how healthcare actually orders

A theatre list, a care home and a diagnostic laboratory buy on completely different rhythms. We hold accounts across all of them.

Hospitals

Ward, theatre and departmental supply on standing schedules, with escalation routes for urgent gaps.

Clinics & Practices

Smaller, more frequent orders handled without the minimums and friction of a wholesale channel.

Surgical Centres

Procedure-pack consumables and instrument support aligned to scheduled operating lists.

Long-Term Care

Beds, support surfaces, mobility equipment and daily consumables under one replenishment plan.

Laboratories

Consumables and handling equipment for diagnostic and pathology workflows, including cold-chain items.

Home Care Providers

Equipment and consumables delivered against dispersed, address-level schedules rather than a single dock.

03About

A distributor, not a storefront

StackCare Supply is the distribution branch of StackCare Sup, operating from Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles. We do not run a catalogue for casual buyers. We hold supply relationships with healthcare providers, learn what each site consumes, and make sure it arrives without anyone having to chase it.

That means the work sits mostly out of sight — in sourcing, in stock discipline, in knowing which substitution is acceptable when a manufacturer runs short. It is unglamorous and it is the entire job.

  • One account contact who knows your site
  • Sourcing continued through supply disruption
  • Documentation supplied with every consignment

04Range Structure

Organised by how often you buy it

Categories describe what an item is. Tiers describe how it behaves on a budget — and that is what actually determines how it should be supplied.

Tier 01

Daily consumption

Items consumed continuously and reordered without a decision — gloves, syringes, dressings, disposables. Handled by standing schedule and forecast rather than by individual order, because the failure mode here is a stockout, not overspend.

Tier 02

Periodic replenishment

Accessories and consumable parts attached to equipment already in service — leads, cuffs, probes, filters, tubing. Ordered in cycles, and vulnerable to being forgotten until the equipment they serve stops working.

Tier 03

Durable equipment

Items with a service life measured in years — beds, wheelchairs, hoists, treatment furniture. Specified carefully, delivered once, and supported afterwards with parts and replacements from the same source.

Tier 04

Specified and sourced to order

Anything outside the standing range. A specialist frame, an unusual consumable, a replacement for a discontinued line. We treat this as normal work rather than an exception, because for most sites it happens every month.

05Operating Cycle

Four movements, repeating

Supply is a loop rather than a transaction. Each pass through it should require less from you than the last one did.

01

Enquiry & specification

We establish what the site actually uses, in what volume, and what may be substituted if a line becomes unavailable.

02

Sourcing & verification

Items are sourced against that specification, with documentation and batch detail recorded before anything ships.

03

Fulfilment & delivery

Consignments are picked, stored under the right conditions and delivered to the point of use, not just the building.

04

Replenishment & review

Consumption is tracked against forecast, so the next cycle runs on a schedule rather than a phone call.

06Why Us

What a good supplier removes from your week

One contact

No queue, no ticket reference, no explaining your site from scratch each time you call.

Sourcing depth

Multiple routes to the same item, so a manufacturer shortage becomes our problem rather than yours.

Handling discipline

Storage conditions, stock rotation and packaging integrity treated as part of the product, not as logistics detail.

Continuity

Supply that keeps running through disruption, because forecasting and buffer stock happen before they are needed.

07Standards

Sourcing and handling, stated plainly

Everything below is operating practice — how we work every day, not a claim about accreditation. Where formal documentation is required for your own compliance file, ask and we will provide what applies to the specific line.

  • Manufacturer vetting

We source through established manufacturers and authorised channels, and record the route for every line we carry.

  • Batch traceability

Batch and lot detail is captured on receipt and travels with the consignment to your site.

  • Controlled storage

Temperature-sensitive and sterile items are held under the conditions their manufacturer specifies, and monitored.

  • Stock rotation

Dated stock is rotated on receipt, so what reaches you has usable life left rather than a near expiry.

Send the categories, the volumes and the constraints. We will come back on what we can supply directly, what we would source, and how a standing schedule would work.
